Hi there, and welcome.
If you have landed here because you are thinking about reaching out for support, that is already something to be proud of. I know from personal experience — and from those I work with — that even considering this step can feel overwhelming.
My hope is to make this space feel approachable, grounded, and genuinely supportive. I do not believe in sitting silently and nodding while you carry the weight alone. The focus is on you, of course, but I will be right there with you — sleeves rolled up, helping you make sense of big emotions, messy relationships, and whatever life is throwing your way.
If you identify as queer, neurodivergent, disabled or chronically ill, or if you have been racialized, marginalized, or made to feel “other” — I see you. The systems we navigate every day, from healthcare to immigration, education to media, are not neutral. They can invalidate who we are and how we move through the world. You will not need to explain that here. It is part of the work, because none of us exists outside of the systems that shape our stories and survival.
I welcome individuals, intimate partners, and chosen families across identities, cultures, and lived experiences. My background includes work with LGBTQIA+ folks, immigrants, and those living with complex trauma or chronic stress.
Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you — gently, honestly, and at your pace.

About My background
I hold a BSc in Counseling, an MSc in Gender and Sexuality Studies, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice from NYU. I have also completed training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

While I am a licensed therapist in the United Kingdom, where I run a private practice, differences in licensure regulations mean that any services I offer in the United States are provided as coaching and not psychotherapy. These coaching services are delivered through my UK-based practice and informed by my clinical training, always with a focus on care, emotional insight, and respectful support.
